• This course is aimed at students who enjoy the practical side of PE. Students will learn

    how the body functions with exercise and learn a variety of individual and team sports.

    Sports include: juggling, soccer, dance, touch, gymnastics, frisbee, softball, gaelic

    football and badminton. An enjoyment of physical activity is necessary for those

    wishing to take this course, along with a willingness to try new activities. It includes

    both practical and theory components. It is totally internally assessed against Unit

    Standards.
